The green house at Washington Academy has seen better days. A few years ago, the weight of heavy snow destroyed the skin on the greenhouse. Ever since then, the remains have stood waiting for someone to come along and offer it a little TLC. When the 4-H Tech Changemakers starting talking about plans for rehabbing the school garden, they learned about the greenhouse. Mr. Campbell, teacher of the apprenticeship class jumped at the opportunity to have his students tackle this project. The 11 students in this class are determined and excited to work on a project that will be on the school grounds for years to come. "You'll drive by here 10-15 years from now and say, "I rebuilt that greenhouse...I guarantee it...that's called leaving a legacy," Mr. Campbell told the class.
